Now that I have watched the Blu-ray, I can note that My Mother is given as an English-language title for the ...

Blu-ray.com has wrong. I re-checked my disc, and the main feature is indeed MPEG-2 and not MPEG-4.

Where has the film actually been released with the English-language title “My Mother”?

At least in IMDb, it is merely a literal translation for the French title Ma Mère , not an actual distribution title.

There is no English title at the DVD entry either.
