Is the English track the full English dub? The Japanese track has some English dialogue from one character which is translated into Japanese by other characters.

If you have a BD-ROM/BD burner drive, you can check the resolution of video titles either with some software players (provided they have AACS) or with MakeMKV which can scan the contents of a disc without having to rip it.
