It seems that the runtimes are wrong for all currently listed releases. I don't own any myself (although I do own the 2011 UK Blu-ray box set), but Caps-A-Holic lists:

Regarding checking disc specs via computer, unfortunately I have never owned a BD-ROM drive. In addition, after my laptop's DVD-ROM drive packed up some time ago, I can't check DVDs for specs in this way either. I can check region coding for Blu-rays using my stand-alone multi-region Blu-ray player ...

That's a shame about the Criterion Blu-rays not being updated with the newer scans. In general, I doubt it would take a huge amount of work to achieve this either, and several other boutique labels DO usually upgrade the Blu-ray in their new UHD + Blu-ray sets if they are sourced from ...
