Alpha (2018) possible alternate versions

I was looking at this movie in IMDB & noticed that it lists Morgan Freeman as a narrator. I saw this in the theater in the US and have the US Blu-ray and there's no Morgan Freeman or English of any kind. I Googled around and found references to Morgan Freeman in some reviews from Ireland and the UK. I suspect it was released differently there. Does anyone have other releases to see if Morgan Freeman is in there? Is he in the director's cut or just the theatrical version?

The UK disc has both cuts, and only the theatrical cut has the narration. Are you sure the US disc has no narration on the theatrical cut?

Yes. No narration on either version and no credit for Morgan Freeman, either.

That seems consistent. There seem to be three versions:

UK theatrical version: flashback structure, has the scenes at the end with Keda playing with Alpha & her puppies. Narration by Morgan Freeman
US theatrical version: Same as the UK version, except no narration
Director's cut: Linear structure. A lot of the violence slightly stronger and a bunch of minor changes. Missing that last scene, so Alpha's fate is ambiguous. No narration.
