Mr. Bean unedited DVD collections

Can anyone recommend a source for the original Mr. Bean series that includes the various "edited" bits inserted in the episodes? I can find "10th Anniversary" 3-DVD sets, but they're now out of print and EBay fodder. +1 if it also includes an unedited "Best Bits" extra. It would also be helpful if they ship to North America.

While I'm at it, does anybody know if all of the episodes were edited at some point, or just certain ones that ran long? Shout Factory's recent re-release contains just three "missing sequences", compared to 14 episodes. Thanks!
