"Flash Gordon - Todesstrahlen aus dem All Episode 22 – 28"

I am unsure which series the "Flash Gordon" is. The 1936 series had 13 chapters. 1938 had 15 chapters. The 1940 series had 12. Can anyone tell me what which series this is?

OK, 13 episodes the first series, 15 episodes the second series. Then it makes sense the episodes 22-28 DVD set is adding the episodes from the first two series together. Thanks Mark!
