I own the UK Momentum 10th Anniversary 2 disc Special Edition, released in 2002, which I assume is the same as the Special Edition already listed.

It is listed on Blu-ray.com here:

For this release, the runtime is 122:58 PAL (equivalent to 128:05 at 24fps).

At disc startup it has a Kinowelt logo, so my guess is that the German Kinowelt discs are identical to this one. It seems likely to me that most if not all the currently listed European releases will have the same runtime.
