Metropolitan always locks its discs to B or R2. I don't recall their discs to be region free.

Have you actually checked the region encoding, or are you just going based on their usual history? There are always exceptions to be found from pretty much every company!

Ofcourse I have checked. Additionally, a friend of mine was unable to play the disc on his C-locked Samsung. It stated the disc was B coded.
