Questions,
Do the discs includes a "Play All" function, or are episodes playable individual only?
How long are the episode runtimes?
How long is the panel extra?
Are the episodes cut from the original Japanese versions in any way?
Do they have the original Japanese credits or English credits?

I was a bit excited for this set when Shout announced it, but I see that they didn't include the Japanese audio, which is disappointing. Canceled a sale to me...

Edit: Reading reports and it is written on the Shout Factory website that this set has JAPANESE audio with English subtitles, and no English audio.
But still need to confirm about the credit sequences and runtimes, etc.

My apologies, I put English by mistake on the audio soundtracks. It DOES have Japanese audio only. Not sure why I put English other than was distracted and put the subs at the same time.

No scene selection per ep, but does have some chapter points: after the opening, at the eye catcher, at the credits, and at the 'next episode preview' for each episode.

Are the episodes cut from the original Japanese versions in any way? - Not that I am aware, there are not supposed to be any cuts at all, and the eps that I compared or have seen prior as fansubs, they are dead on the same. Even the music appears to be intact, and all the episodes have their 'next episode' teasers at the end. The next series preview is also in place at the end of the 50th episode, and it also has the next series preview from the prior series as well before the beginning of the first ep.
Do they have the original Japanese credits or English credits? - original Japanese credits.

I have compared a couple of the discs to the Japanese R2 DVDs that I have images for, and they are the exact same, but with subs and different menus obviously.

If you have interest, I can't suggest more that you buy this set.

Just added the episode times to all the episodes, and edited my last reply as well.

It looks like the episode times are pretty dead on right at about 20 minutes, as Japanese TV broadcasts are pretty strict on time allotments.
The only episode that is not like this is the first episode, which the reason for it's extra time is because it also contains the next series preview from the last episode of the prior series. Basically it's the preview for the series that this on.
This series also has the one for the series following this at the end of the 50th episode.
