Source: I own it, just watched it. My version came with a "Malefic Red Eyes Black Dragon" card in the case. There's no mention of the film playing in 3D anywhere on the box (no "IN 3D AND 2D" as pictured on Amazon) or on the disc, but when it loads you get a choice between 3D and 2D. The 3D option is for the English version only, as the Japanese version is accessed via the extras and is 2D only.
