Well, if you insist, but I would have thought it would be best to be consistent across this site. I am not aware of other DVDCompare pages linking to m.imdb.com. If there are some, they must be a small minority.

I must admit I don't really understand the reason the m.imdb.com site exists. As far as I can tell, it appears to contain the same or similar information to imdb.com, but with different page layouts. Can anyone shed any light on this?

The m usually directs for mobile. But the IMDB site displays automatically for whichever device for whichever link so there is no need to fully update the page for that.

Well I usually use a laptop, and the 2 links produce 2 very different layouts.

Anyway, thanks for the info - now I know what the m stands for!
