Correction/Addition suggestions for existing entries:
1. The listed German Blu-ray 3D release has no commentary on the 3D disc. The 3D discs used for France and Germany are identical (own both). There is however also the French audio description available. First pressing of the German 3D/2D/Bonus Disc release comes with a slipcover.
2. The listed Czech audio track for the listed UK 4K release is most certainly wrong. It's not Dolby Digital 5.1 but Dolby Digital Plus 7.1. The UK and French discs are identical (I only own the French disc, but everything else is identical, so it is fairly certain that also the Czech track is the same).
3. To my knowledge, there exists no German 4K UHD release with the bonus disc of extras AND the 3D disc. Neither Ofdb.de nor bluray-disc.de list such a release. I also didn't find anything like this on retailers like amazon.de or cede.ch. There exists a 4K UHD release (steelbook) with the bonus disc, but it lacks the 3D disc. You can check it out here for example: https://bluray-disc.de/blu-ray-filme/13 ... _bonus_dvd.
4. There exists another French 4K UHD/Blu-ray release as a steelbook (own it): B09321ZJJ3
