There is no bonus disc included - but it seems the Spanish release is still the most complete one. I own this Knockouts Collection. Only 12 discs are there, not 13. However, a lot of the extras that are listed for disc 13 are on the Rocky Blu-ray. At first glance, the main extra missing is the Drago documentary "The Making of Rocky vs. Drago: Keep Punching" documentary (58:29)".

And some Rocky special features are missing on the (old) bonus disc but remain on the original 2014 disc included in the Spanish 4K UHD combo release.

Is the German Complete Saga bonus disc region All?

Yes, it's Region ALL. Japanese subs are also included. I amended the last post accordingly.

One question about "Chinese" from Taiwan and Hongkong (as you mentioned in your entry for how to identify "Chinese": Is "Taiwan" the same as traditional Mandarin and "Hongkong" Cantonese? I suppose so, but I am not sure, since I have no idea about those languages. In this Bonus Disc the symbols are exactly as you described them in the post (if this is correct: Maybe amend the post to what that means "Taiwan"/"Hongkong" exactly - I guessed it was Mandarin/Trad, Cantonese but wasn't 100% sure...).

If you want the detailed codec/compression for the Bonus Disc, I could give it too (1080p, SD etc.). There are also some MPEG-4 segments. But maybe this is too much just for a bonus disc (but since this disc was used all over, maybe of interest too)...

And maybe a link or note that this missing documentary a) is not complete on the discs available and b) it is available for free on Youtube could also be of interest for collectors for their decision, what to buy. Taiwan uses Mandarin (Traditional) for writing.
Hong Kong uses Cantonese.
