The DVD transfer of Journey Back to Oz (1974) is actually a PAL-to-NTSC transfer, since the original film elements were destroyed by Hallmark (one of the former rightsholders), who allegedly hated Filmation's library. The former UK rightsholders did a sped-up PAL version of the digital file for the 1990's restored version, and that is the only digital version that survives, which was used for the DVD. The film properly runs at 88 minutes (on prints and old analog video format releases), but the version on the DVD is 84:55 PAL-to-NTSC. The Bill Cosby TV segments and the sing-alongs on the DVD are also PAL-to-NTSC transfers.
Not a lot of Filmation's IPs survive in NTSC speed, with a few exceptions here and there.
