Now, given my own, ahem, "critic/industry insider/whatever" status, I could get the answer on this release straight from the horse's mouth. But I don't think that's necessary. Do weigh in again though if you ever happen to actually buy anything from Manga Films though, Matthew.

The closest thing to owning a Manga title would be Manga Entertainment; the anime company that no longer seems to exist here in the states, but is still (as far as I know) running in the UK and I think is called Madman Entertainment in Australia or mirror their releases.Do weigh in again though if you ever happen to actually buy anything from Manga Films though, Matthew.

Yeah, but no connection whatsoever. Coincidentally though, I've just received a detailed email about a German label that specialises in pirating all of ME's stuff and is subject to legal action. I'll be adding them to the relevant article soon.
