Another favorite of mine. Look at what my camera picked up at the bottom of the steelbook. Initially, I thought it was the shrinkwrap effect. But later I realized it was the rocks/pebbles that Arnie was standing on. You can see the superimposed effects on Arnie's contour only under the lights. Very cool!

This is a 1976 Shaw Brothers mega-production that tells the story of seven valiant Chinese soldiers who fiercely defend their military outpost until their dying breath at Badaling during the Second Sino-Japanese War.
A war-fu (!) action film recommended only to avid fans of the stars and Shaw Brothers kung fu flicks.

- Comes with a 100+ page book in French.
- This French release is the only pressed disc of the film available so far. The Japanese DVD looks like an MOD DVD-R just like the US WB Archive Collection.

That's Cover C limited to 333 copies and the one that closely resembles the original theatrical poster (which I love!). Cover B (the Thai poster) is the second best but slightly tacky. Cover A is meh.

- I saw this one at the cinema never expecting it would be that thrilling. Another favorite. 10 out out 10.
- That's Cover A, the best, limited to 999 copies. Kathy Bates looks creepy!
