It's a Wonderful Life (1946) - Robe Scene - Missing Line?

I've read somewhere that there is an extra line during the robe scene that is no longer shown on tv nor dvd/blu ray releases.

George (James Stewart): "Maybe I could sell tickets. Let's see. No, the point is, in order to get this robe . . . I've got it! I'll make a deal with you, Mary."

George then tells Mary that if she wants her robe back, she will have to come out and get it. Apparently, this is the missing line in all releases.

Instead it now goes straight to the car scene, with Uncle Billy telling George to come home as his father's had a stroke.

So, does anyone on this forum know whether that line is cut? Perhaps someone has seen the movie when first screened and can remember that line?
