Therefore it is cut by about 2:09 in total.
As far as I can tell, here are the differences, with timing positions as per the Blu-ray, and with approximate durations:
1. at 25:34 missing a portion of the 'Christmas' scene (1:10)
2. at 111:34 missing some shots of sailors cheering between 2 ships (0:14)
3. at 112:00 missing some shots of sailors cheering and talking on a ship (0:16)
4. at 115:30 missing shot of radio announcer character 'Mike Fowler' talking while sitting at a bar (0:16)
5. at 115:50 missing shot of radio announcer character 'Mike Fowler' talking while sitting at a bar (0:13)
total of these 5 cuts is approximately: 2:09

Amazon ASIN: B00COKO3LG (note this is a Spanish release)
Source: I own it, and I also own the UK ITV DVD
---
Additional note: I expect the video of the German Blu-ray is probably taken from the same master. According to the database, it has same runtime. Therefore I assume it also has the same cuts as this Spanish Blu-ray, although some (or possibly all) of them are included as extra features.

Re: The Battle of the River Plate Blu-ray
Memory Screen is on lists of Spanish bootleggers so we won't be adding this, though I have put the information about the cuts on the German release. Thank you!

Thanks, yes I'm never sure about which Spanish releases are bootlegs. I'm amazed they're able to get away with it, and they must have quite big operations going on. Many create proper Blu-ray discs (i.e. not Blu-ray-R), and many releases continue to be on sale on Amazon.

Re: The Battle of the River Plate Blu-ray BOOT
It‘s totally crazy in Spain - amazon.es isnt giving a hoot about it. For example the Critters Antology from Scream also was pirated and sold there. Me I was duped at the beginning - when I wasnt aware - on a lot of Twilight Time releases... Also in Germany: Everything thats released by one company (Good Movies, Daredo many other names) are suspected to be bootlegs - amazon.de lists them as if nothing happened. Sad.
