Additional Note:

I was unable to identify the dubbed language of the second Opening Sequence extra. It isn't English, I am pretty sure it isn't French, German, Spanish or Italian either, and it does not match the Japanese soundtrack in the main movie. It could be a different Asian language, but I cannot think of an easy way of identifying it myself.

If it is untitled, what does it say on the menu?
I assume there is a "Play All" which is 68:30, but the rest of the extras are selectable and play individually on the menu?

Ok, sorry if this was confusing.

On the main menu is an item called "Extras". If you select this, it goes straight to playing this untitled extra. It is a single item, although it does have some chapter stops, but not necessarily at the boundaries between the extras I listed.

Chapter stops are at:

00:00 "Behind the Screams" featurette
13:08 part way through "Behind the Screams" featurette
50:58 Opening Sequence (1:23, German dub soundtrack)
52:21 Opening Sequence (0:44, unidentified dub soundtrack)
53:05 On Set Photo Gallery (2:16, 45 images)
55:21 Caroline Munro Photo Gallery (13:09, 158 images)

(Note there are no chapter stops for the Interviews or the Buckethead music clip)

Actually, given these timings, I should correct the timings for my list slightly as follows:

Untitled extra (68:30), consisting of:
- "Behind the Screams" featurette (29:32)
- Interviews with actress Caroline Munro and actor Aldo Sambrell (19:25)
- Buckethead music clip (2:01)
- Opening Sequence (1:23, German dub soundtrack)
- Opening Sequence (0:44, unidentified dub soundtrack)
- On Set Photo Gallery (2:16, 45 images)
- Caroline Munro Photo Gallery (13:09, 158 images)

I have named these items myself, the first two based on the extras on other DVDs and Blu-rays, and the rest as just a description. However, there is no way to access the items individually, apart from some of the chapter stops I mentioned above.

The other extras are accessed from the main menu as follows:

Selecting "Trailers" takes you to a menu with a list of the trailers which can be selected, plus a link back to the "Main Menu".
Selecting "Bonus: The Pickup" takes you to a menu with the options "Play" which plays the short movie, "Extras" which plays the (again unnamed) "making of" featurette (I named it myself), and a link back to the "Main Menu".

I hope that's clear now, or a bit clearer at least! Any further questions, please ask and I'll do my best to answer. But I didn't author the disc, so if it's a bit messy, I take no responsibility for that!

Could you upload the video clip or audio clip? Is there text on screen?

Sorry, no I probably can't.

I don't have a computer with a Blu-ray drive, only DVD. With some effort, via analogue cables, I might be able to create a copy of the audio as a .wav file or .mp3 file, but then how would I upload it anyway? As far as I am aware, this website has no facility for that, unless you can tell me otherwise, and I don't have any social media accounts.

There is no text on the screen either.

Advice welcome though!

Upload a video clip to YouTube, an MP3 audio clip to Dropbox, etc.

I don't have an account with either of these websites, and am not comfortable with setting one up. Is it possible to use them without having an account?

Thanks Åsmund -

Well I managed to create two .wav files, one for what I believe is the clip in German, and one for the unidentified clip. I uploaded each one to the page you mentioned, but it failed both times, stating:

"Sorry, we could not identify the language at this time"

But at least I have the files ready if there is another way of uploading / identifying them.

In any case, I don't really see the point of these extras, unless possibly they are alternate takes, but apart from the second clip being shorter because it ends earlier, I didn't notice any obvious differences between these and the opening sequence that is in the actual movie, apart from the languages being different.

On the following page for the Blu-rays:
https://www.dvdcompare.net/comparisons/ ... ?fid=58717

for each of these releases:
Blu-ray ALL America - Media Blasters [2021 Release]
Blu-ray ALL Canada - Media Blasters [2021 Release]

there is an item:
- Opening Sequence (unidentified dub soundtrack)

So in a sense this is incomplete, as the soundtrack language has not yet been identified. However, different people have listened to it and been unable to identify it. This is unlikely to be resolved any time soon, and so the work on this is as close to complete as it can be for now. Therefore, unless you yourself are able to fill in this missing information, I would say you can consider that this thread is finished and can be archived.
