Currently listed is:

Blu-ray ALL Italy - Universal Pictures [2016 Release]
4K + Blu-ray

However, as far as I can tell, the 4K release is from 2023, not 2016.
Perhaps there should be 2 Italian entries, the 2016 Blu-ray, and the 2023 4K + Blu-ray.
I don't own either Italian release, and I don't know if the Blu-ray in the 2023 set is the same as the 2016 Blu-ray or not. Perhaps Christian Bütikofer can answer this.
