- R2 France 2-Disc has the best extras but it isn't English-friendly.
- R2 UK is English-friendly and has one featurette, but it also has burnt-in subtitles.
- R3 Thailand is English-friendly, without extras, but with optional subtitles.
For the extended version:
- R2 Italy is the only release we are aware of, but note that it is non-anamorphic and only the film itself is English-friendly. -
