OVERALL: Draw
The French Collector's Edition 2-disc set features the best selection of extras, however they are in French only and do not feature any English subtitles. If you can understand French then this is the release to get.
If you require English subtitles then the R1 is the best bet, since both the film and its extras are subtitled, but it does miss out on most of the extras on the the French release.
