The Japanese 2006 Buena Vista release has the best extras and 7.1 audio. Do note the extras are not English-friendly and is in the lesser MPEG-2 codec.
The UK and German edition have an exclusive interview with Mamoru Oshii.
The Japanese Remastered 2018 release has a 4K restoration transfer with a 6.1 track, but without extras.
