The French R2 and German R2 editions have few interviews, but both has forced subtitles with the English soundtrack. The R2 Scandinavian have optional subs, and one interview, so they seems to be the next choice.
This title has also been released at least in R4 Australia, but we were unable to find detailed and accurate specs.
