Only version so far.
Note the Audio commentary, which is not found on the standard DVD release.
General notes: Battle of the Bulge was an Ultra-Panavision Cinerama production and is presented in an extremely wide ratio of 2.76:1 (the Cinerama title logo appears in the opening credits).
This film has been released in several versions (frame rates are mentioned due to some versions seemingly originating on home video):
1. Theatrical roadshow version (with overture, intermission and exit music). IMDB claim that when released in the UK it ran 212:01 but the BBFC listing from 22.11.1965 runs 170:00. The longer running time is most likely erroneous (170 minutes at 24fps).
2. The 1980s US video edition (~142 minutes at 24fps).
3. The 1990s video edition (US video, widescreen UK VHS) (~156 minutes at 24fps = 150 minutes at 25fps) -
CUTS:
- R0 America- Warner Home Video - No cuts - Original roadshow version with overture, intermission and exit music (169:40)
