Theatrical Version:
The Benelux release has lossless English audio and some exclusive extras, but has a 1080i transfer.
The Scandinavian release has a 1080p transfer, lossless English audio but only trailers as extras.
Extended Version:
U.S. and Australian releases have LPCM audio, while the French has a DTS-HD Master Audio track.
Note that the U.S. "Underworld Trilogy: The Essential Collection" box set has a bonus disc with "Underworld: Endless War" animated shorts.
The following versions of the movie are known:
- The Theatrical version running about 120 minutes.
- The Unrated Extended version, which includes 23 minutes of additional footage (12 additional minutes of footage to the film, and a further 11 minutes replacing existing scenes with different angles and takes). This version runs about 134 minutes. -
