"First Cut/Thriller" version:
The Russian release for the extras.

Unrated version:
The US release is currently the only release we have specs for.

R-rated version:
The US R-rated, German, and UK releases have some differing exclusives.
For audio, the Hong Kong release has a DTS-ES track.

Regarding the 3 deleted scenes on the R2 UK release which aren't on the R1 US release:
- "Jennifer and Gary talk about love" has been added into the unrated version of the film (which accounts for 2:06 of the PAL time difference. Unrated PAL would be approximately 85:15 so this scene would bring the R2 up to 83:00)
- "Killer at graveyard" is not in the unrated version
- "Detectives decoding clues" is not in the unrated version
Quite why these last 2 scenes are not in the unrated version and aren't included as deleted scenes either is a mystery - especially since the "Susan finds the graves" deleted scene is linked to the "Detectives decoding clues" one (as Susan is one of the detectives!)
