Only minor language differences, but note the R1 also includes Episode Previews and Recaps, that the R2s are spread over five discs and that the R2s have also been transferred directly from NTSC > PAL giving them near-identical running times.
Do note "The Complete Series" set has some exclusive extras on disc 23. -
