- R1 SE "Rambo Trilogy" boxset by Artisan and R2 SE Japan have a DTS soundtrack and four featurettes each.
- R2 Germany "Rambo Trilogy" boxset has the best overall extras, including both audio commentaries, deleted scenes and a "Making of" featurette but only the original 2.0 Surround soundtrack is offered.

Also note that, compared to the Artisan SE boxset, the Lionsgate one offers a different audio commentary and deleted scenes but it is also missing several featurettes from the Artisan boxset and has no DTS.
