OVERALL: Draw
Between the Shameless UK release and the German Koch Media release for containing a good range of contextual (and differing) material and also containing the most complete presentation of the film. But note, the quality of the missing footage on the German Koch Media release appears to be better than the UK release, the frame line from the closing sequence hasn't been digitally removed, and it's only available in a Blu-ray/DVD combo pack. The Italian 45th anniversary edition also has a documentary but it is not English-friendly.
The US release from Mya Communications and Italian release from 01 Distribution are missing a small amount of footage, apparently due to print damage at reel ends. However, these releases also restores 90s of footage to the climax of the film that is not present on version of the film contained on the German Retrofilm DVD (this footage is presented as an 'extra' on the German release).
