OVERALL: Draw
Between the German and Spanish releases, for the OAR. However, please note that the Spanish release apparently has forced Spanish subtitles.
The Spanish release (with forced Spanish subtitles) is missing a 23 second-long narrative scene 72 minutes into the film, in which two of the main characters find a car. This is missing from the German DVD too, although on that release it's presented separately as a 'deleted scene'.
It is not yet known whether the same scene is missing from the (apparently panned-and-scanned) UK release. -
