OVERALL: R2

For the best all-round package that is also entirely English-friendly, the UK release contains some good contextual material, including a lengthy interview with Tavernier and a commentary by him.

However, please note that the French release from StudioCanal has English subtitles for the film itself and contains some exclusive contextual material (including a different French-language commentary), but please note that the bonus features on this disc are not English-friendly.
