The Japanese 3-disc New Master Collector's Edition includes both Extended and International cuts of the film and the most extras.
Note the German releases include the music video by Limahl, but only include the extended cut and the audio is not fully lossless.
Note that the US 30th anniversary release was marketed as being remastered. This is not the case. The "Restoration" featurette on the disc is about the German extended cut which is not available in the US.
