Unrated:
The identical US, UK, Spanish and Australian releases have the commentary and U-control extras.
The Austrian release has the commentary with featurettes.
The Scandinavian release has the commentary.

Theatrical:
The Dutch release is the uncut version of the theatrical cut but in 1.78:1 and 1080i.
The German release has the commentary and featurettes with a 1080p transfer, but is cut by 6 minutes.
