OVERALL: Draw
The US "The Ultimate Matrix Collection" has the most extras with the two additional bonus discs.
The identical 4K+Blu-ray releases and the Japanese Remastered set have a Dolby Atmos track.
Please note the extra "The Music Revisited" - 41-track Audio Jukebox does report a run time of ~42 mins on the original blu-rays when play all is selected, but it actually includes around three hours of material. This is because the same footage of Matrix style graphics is repeated, but to different audio tracks as it plays all the music.
