OVERALL: Draw
The US "Big Top Edition" and the US "60th Anniversary Edition" has mostly the same extras with the John Canemaker commentary, shorts, and featurettes. The "Big Top Edition" has an interactive game while the "60th Anniversary Edition" has additional featurettes.
The US "70th Anniversary Edition" includes many new extras including a new commentary, featurettes, deleted scenes, etc and also includes the original mono track, though note many of the extras from the previous releases have not been carried over.
