The US Shout! Factory Collector's Edition includes both versions of the film with lossless audio for both cuts and many extras. Note that the theatrical version has a subtitle error that includes text that should not belong on the Native American dialogue subtitle track.
The Australian Collector's Edition also includes both versions of the film with additional extras over the German Anniversary Edition and US Shout! Factory releases (with the interactive guide and quiz ported from the MGM/Fox release), though the Theatrical Version only has lossy audio.
The German Anniversary edition includes both versions of the film with lossless audio for both versions, and includes the Intermission for the Extended Version, but includes fewer extras and has intrusive subtitles over the Intermission.

General Notes:
The Extended Version is sometimes referred to as "Director's Cut," however this version was prepared by producer Jim Wilson.
While supportive of this version, director Kevin Costner has stated he was not involved with preparing it and the Theatrical Version is his version; accordingly, almost all official releases label the longer version the "Extended" version.
