The DVD advertises that the DVD episodes are Uncensored and Rated-R. However, these episodes don't feature any explict content. Adult Swim (the channel), rates the episodes as TV-14.
Episodes 1, 3, 5 and 6 and made their debut for the DVD (as the DVD advertises them as All-New Episodes) and were broadcast only later.
