The German Limited Collector's Edition and Steekbook edition have the unrated version with the best selection of extras including the full-length documentary film "Overnight" (2003).
The US editions contain two versions of the movie plus a modest selection of extras, and of these the Truth & Justice Edition includes an exclusive featurette but drops the script.
