The Friday The 13th: The Complete Collection Deluxe Edition box set from Shout! Factory offers the 3D version of the film, the original Mono in lossless audio, and the best set of extras. Do note that for this set, the 3D is accessed through a compliant TV and player and the "Legacy of the Mask" and "Slasher Films: Going For The Jugular" featurettes are included but found on the first bonus disc. It should also be noted, that the box set has an error where the credits recede back and then pop out to TV depth space rather than pop out beyond properly and there is a small jump cut before it starts. Scream Factory have been aware of this problem and are currently doing a replacement program. More info can be found here.

To further identify between the original and replacement discs, look for the numbers on the disc art:

Original pressing: SF 20945 2131150.
Corrected/Replacement pressing: SF 20945 2131150 R1

Also note that the "Lost Tales from Camp Blood, Part 2" on the Euro discs is available in the US on the "Friday the 13th Part 2" disc.

General Notes:

All versions on DVD and Blu-ray are of the R-rated US theatrical release. The following scenes were cut to avoid an "X" rating from the MPAA (WARNING: Spoilers):

(1.) The death scene of Andy showed his right leg and stomach being cut apart.
(2.) Vera's death was longer, it included more blood and a shot of her reaction. It was cut because the board said that it looked too real.
(3.) Edna's death was cut of excess blood.
(4.) The impaling of Chili with the hot poker was cut. Originally, the impalement was shown, along with a splash of smoldering blood.
(5.) Debbie's death originally showed blood spraying across her upper half and face.
