The 40th Anniversary Edition releases for the additional extras.
Note that the Blu-rays prior to the 40th AE feature the 1998 remixed 5.1 soundtrack new background vocals and sound effects along with the Paramount-Viacom opening logo. The 40th AE features a new 5.1 mix sourced from a 6-track mix for a 70mm release. As a result, it is more faithful to the original sound mix as opposed to the 1998 remix.
