The US/Canada 3D release has both 3D and 2D versions of the film with 7.1 audio, though note it drops the "Monsters, Inc. Ride and Go Seek: Building Monstropolis in Japan" featurette from the other releases.
These extras found on the DVD editions are missing:

- Theatrical Teaser Trailer
- Peek-A-Boo: Boo's Door Game
- Disney Storytime: "Welcome to Monstropolis"
Also note that all Blu-ray editions feature the American ending credits which omit the outtakes and company play found on the DVD releases. -
