Umbrella 2024 and the Scorpion Releasing LE/SE are from separate 4K restorations. Umbrella has a second exclusive commentary and new extras while Scorpion LE has an exclusive interview. Austria has the Severin commentary, an exclusive interview, and a CD soundtrack but only original stereo while the other two include a 5.1 remix and the stereo track.
Do note the Umbrella's limited edition (link in the notes for the standard edition) has substantial paper extras. -
