The Japanese 3 disc edition has the longer Japanese version of the film with the most extras, including two exclusive extended scenes.
The US release has the shorter international version with most of the extras from the Japanese release.
The German release has the shorter international version with an exclusive German commentary, but loses many of the Japanese bonus features. -
