OVERALL: R0
R0 UK is the only proper transfer and the "Visions of Ecstasy" release has substantial extras, but not quite matching R0 US which is a PAL/NTSC conversion.
Note that all the releases currently listed seem to be the BBFC cut version. (There are varying lengths to releasor credits which change times by ~10s.)
