Original Version:
The UK and South Korean editions are identical with substantial extras and lossless Cantonese 5.1 and original mono.
The French release has lossless Cantonese 5.1 and original mono with a Tarantino interview that is not available on the above releases.
The Hong Kong release has a 7.1 mix but lacks the original mono and only has trailers as extras.
US Version:
The US Buena Vista release is currently the only release we have specs for. Note it includes a Yen interview that is different from the above releases and has the Tarantino interview which is also found on the French release.
