OVERALL: Blu-ray A

The US edition has by far the best extras.
The Scandinavian release has an alternate longer cut, but has fewer extras and the audio is not fully lossless.
The Dutch edition has the "Director's Cut" but in the non-theatrical 1.78:1 aspect ratio with no extras. (TBC on the differences with the "Director's Cut")

Visitor Remon H reports on the Scandinavian disc that it contains the initial murder rather than the opening credits and flashbacks of the US version.
