The HK edition has both Cantonese and Mandarin 7.1 soundtracks along with some additional minor extras whilst the UK release has an extra featurette.

General note:
The film has both actors/actresses from Hong Kong and Mainland China: those from Hong Kong speak Cantonese and those from Mainland China speak Mandarin.
In the Cantonese soundtrack, all speak Cantonese except the character "Jin Shan-Zhao" (a guy from North China), and in the Mandarin track, all speak Mandarin.
Note The film has also some Japanese portions with the Japanese characters.
With the setting in the Cantonese speaking region of Guangzhou, Cantonese should be considered the original language and Mandarin as the alternate soundtrack.
