The Italian 2022 release has the uncut film and an exclusive commentary by director Giuseppe Tornatore, but only Italian subtitles.

The Italian LE 3-disc release has the uncut film and a CD but no English subtitles at all.

The Korean SE release has a large number of extras, and contains the uncut film (but note it is a PAL->NTSC conversion), with optional English subtitles.

There were two versions released:
1. The original Italian version which runs 108 minutes at 24 frames per second.

2. The shorter international version overseen by Miramax which runs 92 minutes at 24 frames per second. This version is 15 minutes shorter, and scenes of nudity and sexual content between Malena and the young boy are missing.

Other Versions:
