OVERALL: Draw
The Australian & German editions each have lossless audio & exclusive features, and each has a different exclusive extended scene (Australian: "Pressing On" vs. German: "New England Festival").
Note that the German edition has replaced the original English on-screen text with German text.
The Scandinavian edition appears to have most complete set of deleted/extended scenes, but more details would be helpful. Note this release only has High Resolution audio. -
